Setting up your Account
- Go to Egencia to create your account.
- Click "My Profile" in the yellow bar a the top of any page to add your preferences, frequent flyer numbers, and other information.

- Online air transaction: $6.00
(may include hotel and car rental if booked within same itinerary.)
- Agent-assisted air reservation:
- Domestic $20.00
- International $30.00
(may include hotel and car rental if booked within the same itinerary)
- In addition to the fees above each transaction includes an additional $2.00 GDS (Global Distribution System)inventory access fee
Please note: Agent assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The above listed agent assisted fees only apply if the agent actually books your travel for you. You may call and ask questions and get assistance booking travel on your own at no extra charge.
